About me
Being a (young) mom of three, and having our
own company (we recently launched Motherbook.eu) means I’m always busy and
running around. Busy being an editor at ‘WE LOVE’ magazine, doing interviews and
writing articles, or busy preparing lunchboxes, driving around, bringing- or
picking up my kids, doing groceries, preparing dinners, and so on, and so on.
Well, the usual, probably.
But it means i have to take care of myself,
without spending too much time doing it.
And i think being a vegetarian is a great solution for that. First of all it's is a great way to stay in shape, to get all the important vitamins and minerals you need, and
maybe more important; it’s really so not 2013 to eat animals?!!
Vegetarian food can absolutely be hip, hot
and delicious, but you have to experiment a little to get it! With my Veggie Very
